Project.
Pembiayaan proyek berlokasi di wilayah Republik Indonesia, berdasarkan kondisi yang obyektif dalam rangka program investasi nasional, dimana proyek tersebut di anggap sangat feasible dan bankable dan karenanya mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian nasional.
Bahwa proyek tersebut harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria berikut:
- Didukung oleh pemerintah pusat dan daerah.
– Di lengkapi oleh perijinan yang lengkap.
– Layak secara ekonomis dan perbankan.
– Mendapat jaminan dari pemerintah/ Pemilik proyek dan/ atau perbankan.
– Di lengkapi oleh perijinan yang lengkap.

Proses Due Diligen.
Proyek yang di akan di biayai harus melewati tahap due diligent oleh konsultan independent yang di tunjuk oleh pihak pendana ( bank) untuk menilai kelayakan dan kelengkapan proyek serta menyusun cash flow proyek atas beban pihak kedua, dan keputusan yang dikeluarkan bersifat final dan tanpa prasyarat apapun.
Jangka waktu ( proses) .
Proses memakan waktu sekitar 3 bulan ( setelah melalui proses due diligen) . Cepat atau lambatnya proses Draw Down tergantung dari besarnya dana dan kelengkapan pendukung lainnya.
Lama pinjaman 3 – 10 Tahun.
Grace periode 1 – 2 ( Tergantung dari jenis project) .

Project.
